HPM Global Limited is a company registered and operating under Hong Kong ordinance  with office located in Hong Kong. HPM Manufacturing Limited is a subsidiary to HPM Global Ltd and located in Dongguan, PRC China. This production facility is totaly new and have 1700m² workshop and 300m² office.

HPM has a strong management team with many years experience of advanced process technology and manufacturing. 

To be competitive in terms of low cost, Dongguan is one of the best cities globally with endless of subcontractors that are just few miles away from HPM factory.

Quality Assurance

HPM are ISO 9001:2015 certify and applying this quality system in all aspects . But our send tell us if the customer's expectations regarding the product are fulfilled, we consider it to be of good quality.

IQC

Incoming quality control is one of the first step of quality control. All incoming material, including purchased material and suppliers products, must go through IQC procedure before transferred to warehouse. To ensure raw material requirement (e.g. chemical composition/mechanical properties/RoHS, appearance, dimension and hardness, etc). 

IPQC

In process quality control our quality engineers create control instruction and implement standard operation procedure to sequre the quality in production. All processes need to be documentated and approved before production can start. before sending semi-product to subcontractor for surface/heat treatment. FQC always follow Zero defect on critical dimension/appearance.

OQC

Outgoing quality control is performed for all goods we sending to our customer. Together with the goods we provide measurement report, material certification, surface and heat treatment reports to give our customer full information of the status on the goods. HPM have historical very good quality records and our goal is zero defects in customer site.

HPM following the international business standard. Special contract can be made but normally we have same standard like all bigger international companies applying.
